The eldest cat in the household, Mitsu, passed away at almost 21 last Tuesday, 28th of August 2012 after an illness that steadily worsened over two months. She died at home on the bedroom floor while I slept, so she didn't die alone. Her previous and ongoing owner, Sean, who has just returned from 10 years in America, when Mitsu first came to live with me, came over at lunchtime and we took her body to the PDSA hospital in Hendon and arranged for her cremation. She will be very sadly missed and she retained her dignity to the end, never once failing to get to the litter tray in the bathroom. Mitsu was feisty, reserved, tough and independent    and the house is much emptier without her, even though she had lost weight and become tiny and frail towards the end.  RIP Mitsu and I hope we meet again. I believe we can be reunited with our loved ones and our beloved pets, and that for them almost no times passes until we meet again.
